EPSi passes rigorous HFMA Peer Review for Budget Manager, Cost Manager and Product Line Analyst
EPSi, the first decision support vendor to ever receive the Healthcare Financial Management Association Peer Review designation, has once again, following rigorous review, achieved the “Peer Reviewed by HFMA” designation for its Budget Manager, Cost Manager and Product Line Analyst products.
Among the notable results: 96 percent of reviewers strongly or very strongly agree that they would recommend EPSi’s Cost Manager and Product Line Analyst to a colleague.
One of the most rewarding — and sometimes challenging — aspects of going through the Peer Review process is reading the comments from our clients. Our team takes the input very seriously.
Feedback from clients is very important, and it’s validating for us to hear comments like this one:
“I have never worked with a software vendor that tries as hard as EPSi to truly be a partner… everyone — from the CEO, Ralph to consultants to developers focuses on customer service. They listen to customers, often incorporating suggestions or even entirely new ways to approach an issue. We are a small client yet I am fully confident I have the same access as their biggest client — I could pick up the phone and call any number of EPSi folks (from CEO down to a developer) that would jump on any issue or request I might have.”
HFMA’s Peer Review process provides healthcare financial managers with an objective, third-party evaluation of business solutions used in the healthcare workplace. The rigorous, 11-step process includes a Peer Review panel review comprising current customers, prospects who have not made a purchase, and industry experts. The Peer Review status of the healthcare business solution and its performance claims are based on effectiveness, quality and usability, price, value, and customer and technical support.
“We’re pleased to have EPSi renew their HFMA Peer Reviewed designation,” says HFMA President and CEO Joseph J. Fifer, FHFMA, CPA. “The HFMA Peer Review process assures our members, through a rigorous evaluation, that the reviewed healthcare business solution meets an objective, third-party assessment of overall effectiveness, quality, and value.”
