EPSi University will continue to offer virtual and live, instructor-led, Advanced training for Product Line Analysis, Budgeting, and Cost! Our Advanced Training program, created exclusively for EPSi clients, will be taught by our system experts and it is designed to empower all EPSi Super Users to become better equipped to maintain and optimize their EPSi toolset. The courses will offer hands-on exercises, enhanced system architecture documentation, and how-to guides. As an added bonus, our attendees will develop a network of other advanced EPSi Super Users who can be invaluable resources as new day-to-day challenges emerge.
This advanced course contains variable budgeting, productivity, forecasting, variance analysis, deduction modeling and flexible budgeting. In addition, an introduction to Strategic Product Budgeting will be offered. Completion and passing grade (80%+) on the assessment for Intro to Budgeting OR proof of extensive product knowledge based on job history is required before enrollment in this course.

Attendees of this advanced costing course will understand the utilization and rationale of the various advanced costing methodologies. In addition, these super users will learn how to appropriately apply these methods within the EPSi Costing product to address their organization’s business needs. Advanced Methodologies include RCC, Volume, RVU, Standard, VCC, Product Line and ABC. Completion and passing grade (80%+) on the assessment for Intro to Costing OR proof of extensive product knowledge based on job history is required before enrollment in this course.

This course provides a deeper and more comprehensive exploration of the Product Line Analysis application. Included within the agenda are user defined fields, data extender, data manager, service groups, external lists and list groups, both product line designer and hierarchy and how to automate processes within data studio. As time allows, advanced reporting, clinical analysis and/or contract modeling may be incorporated as well. Completion and passing grade (80%+) on the assessment for Intro to PLA OR proof of extensive product knowledge based on job history is required before enrollment in this course.
