This workshop focuses on using costing results and Product Line Analysis to identify clinical opportunities. As an advanced course, this session assumes that the attendee has a good working knowledge of PLA and Cost Manager. Topics will include the development of clinical analysis codes and the use of reporting and Mobile Performance Visualization. Participants will create numerous reports to mine the patient database.Prerequisites: Attendees should have familiarity with PLA and basic patient reporting.
Register now. Attendees must register one week in advance of the course. Spaces are limited and registrations are completed on a first come, first serve basis. Attendees must be present for the duration of the onsite course. Once we confirm your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with details on hotel accommodations and transportation.
