Meet Our Team
Terri has worked in healthcare at multiple organizations over a span of 17 years as both a nurse and as support for provider facing software. In her role of Senior Consultant, Terri’s focus is on delivering consulting services for Product Line Analyst and Cost Manager as well as remote client projects.
Nezar’s experience within the healthcare industry has been focused on improving financial and operational processes. He has had previous experience at Robert Wood Johnson where he focused his effort on productivity, developing efficient staffing models, identifying inefficiencies in corporate business models, and spearheading cost reduction initiatives.
Keith has been with EPSi since 2011. He has 21 years of healthcare finance experience working at a variety of healthcare organizations. Being a former client, Keith has familiarity with all EPSi modules and currently specializes in consulting, value added services and implementations related to Strategic Product Budgeting – SPB and Enterprise Budget Manager – EBM.
Randy has worked in healthcare finance at multiple healthcare organizations over a span of 20 years. In his role of Solutions Architect, Randy’s focus is on delivering consulting services for Product Line Analyst (PLA) and Cost Manager implementations and remote client projects.
Diane is a Senior Consultant nurse with more than 20 years’ experience in provider and payer health care with claims and clinical operations, and software design and implementations. Diane’s focus is on delivering consulting services for Product Line Analyst and Cost Manager as well as remote client projects.
Schindler is a recent grad from Loyola University Chicago. He had previous experience working for Allscripts as a Business Development intern and for Alliance Chicago as a Practice Transformation intern. He has front-end experience with Epic from time working at Northshore University Health System, Skokie Hospital in the Stroke/Telemetry unit.
Darren has worked in healthcare finance at multiple healthcare organizations over a span of 30 years. In his role of Senior Consultant, Darren’s focus is on delivering consulting services for Strategic Product Budget (SPB), Product Line Analyst (PLA) and Enterprise Budget Manager (EBM) clients.
John has worked with EPSi for over 10 years. Prior to EPSi, John spent six years as a financial analyst at a single facility acute care hospital. As a Technical Services Consultant, John is knowledgeable in the upgrade process, server configuration, and Tableau visualizations.
Sunny has worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 3 years. Prior to joining the EPSi team Sunny worked for Cerner Corporation as a Physician Practice Consultant, implementing software for the DoD nationwide. In her current role, Sunny’s focus is delivering consulting services for Clinical Analysis and Product Line Analysis (PLA).
Joe has had a role in healthcare finance for a span of 10 years, both as a client and as a consultant with multiple organizations. As a Senior Consultant, Joe’s primary focus is on delivering consulting services for G/L Budget and Payroll Forecasting.
Thea has been a consultant with EPSi since 2006. Her areas of expertise include Cost Accounting, PLA, and Contract Modeling. She has previously worked for over a decade on the payor side (Blue Cross and Cigna) and later would spend 15 years with various acute and specialty hospitals in Florida and has held the positions of Director of Decision Support and Managed Care.
John is veteran of more than 30 years implementing cost accounting for more than 400 hospitals nationwide. He provides comprehensive advisory services based on industry observed leading practices and bring executive oversight to our project.
Sr Manager Professional Services
Mark has worked in healthcare finance at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and for multiple Decision Support Vendors over a span of 25 years. In his role of Manager of Professional Services, Mark’s focus is on managing and delivering project management services for EPSi’s client base.
Stacy is an experienced healthcare professional with a 17 year history of working in the industry. She has led cost standardization projects across multi-facility organizations as well as patient accounting extract design projects to maximize the use of clinical data. She also co-leads the EPSi Clinical Insights program.
Ali has worked in healthcare over a span of fifteen years. Of those fifteen years, ten years were worked directly in a large hospital setting. In her role of Implementation Consultant, Ali’s focus is on delivering consulting services for Product Line Analyst (PLA) and Cost Manager implementations and remote client projects.
Mike joined EPSi in 2015 as a Software Support Developer. He has over 30 years’ experience in IT as a Developer, Systems Support Analyst and Team Leader, and Technical Instructor. At EPSi he has focused primarily on Upgrade/ Installation programming, execution, and documentation.
Danny is a recent graduate from Loyola University-Chicago. Throughout his undergrad career, he worked at Northshore University Health System-Skokie Hospital. From his 4 years of experience at Skokie hospital, he was able to attain valuable skills from the front end application of Epic on an Orthopedic Unit.
Nancy is a former ICU & quality assurance nurse who joined EPSi in 2008, specializing in cost manager, product line analysis,and reporting. Nancy co-leads the EPSi Clinical Insights program, focused on assisting clients to develop complex clinical searches within and across encounters and will serve as a subject matter expert.
John has worked in the Healthcare field for over seven years and has been in software consulting for over 18 years. In his role of Implementation Consultant, John’s focus is on delivering consulting services for Budget Manager implementations and remote client projects.
Shelly has worked in healthcare decision support for 8 years. In her role as Implementation Consultant, Shelly’s focus in on delivering remote hosting services covering Budgeting, Product Line Analyst (PLA), and Costing.
Kimberly is a healthcare software professional with 20+ years combined clinical and consulting experience. She has managed large scale Implementations for both acute and post acute HealthCare Systems. Prior to that she worked as a clinician in multiple settings, specializing in Surgery.
Sr Implementation Consultant
Greg has worked with multiple healthcare organizations since joining Allscripts-EPSi in 2010. In his role of Sr Implementation Consultant, Greg’s focus is on delivering implementation and consulting services for Budget Manager, Capital Budget, and Productivity.
Zach has worked in the healthcare finance industry for over 6 years. In his current role of Implementation Consultant, Zach’s focus is delivering consulting services for Product Line Analysis (PLA) projects and upgrades of EPSi.
Lauren has led 200+ successful technical implementations. She is skilled in delivering technical presentations to C-suite, physicians, and hospital administration onsite and via webinar. Her expertise includes ETL, data reporting, testing, risk analysis, and data validation.
Director of Prof Services
Ken has worked in healthcare finance at multiple healthcare organizations over a span of 21+ years. In his role as Director Professional Services, Ken is the leader of the implementation services team.
Matt has been a valued team member at EPSi since graduating college in 2016. Prior to working for EPSi, he completed his internship at Stifel, a stock investment company. Now as one of our trusted Implementation Analysts, Matt’s focus is streamlining the client upgrade process and server configurations.
Shannon has worked in the IT Healthcare industry for almost two years. Prior to joining the EPSi team Shannon worked for Cerner Corporation as a RevCycle consultant where she was responsible for project implementations, end user training and go live support. In her new role, Shannon will focus on clinical data analysis.
In his prior role, Albert served as a consultant in the life sciences. He is currently leveraging his experience from Big Pharma to deliver EPSi’s strategic budgeting and financial forecasting solutions to the healthcare industry.
Director – Prof Services
Ryan is a seasoned decision support manager after spending ten years managing large-scale projects across the provider spectrum. He has led clients through EPSi implementations in both the hospital and professional setting and serves as the project director.
Principal Technical Developer/Consultant
Jeff has worked in healthcare for over 27 years at multiple organizations, which includes implementing and supporting EPSi and Epic for 10 years. He brings with him a wide variety of technical, analytical, and educational disciplines. Currently, Jeff is the Senior Epic Lead Consultant for EPSi.
Kate Thieman joined the Allscripts EPSi team in 2011 as an Implementation Consultant. Kate has working experience across all modules – specializing in the Data Studio, Product Line Analysis, Activity Costing, Management Dashboards and reporting applications in the EPSi software and has worked with a variety of EMR systems including EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts etc.
Sr Software Consultant
Jill has a combined three years of software system implementation for health care and over twelve years in finance decision support. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients have a solid understanding of data flow, analytics and system setup to empower them with accurate and up to date organizational information. Jill specializes in Budgeting, Reporting and Strategic Planning.
Manager – Prof Services
Travis has been with EPSi since 2009. He has 20 years of healthcare finance experience previously working as the corporate principal analyst for St. Joseph Health System. He has extensive experience in implementing all EPSi modules such as Budget Manager, Strategic Product Budget Manager, Productivity Manager, Capital Manager, Costing Manager, Product Line Analysis etc.
